M-THEORY AUDIO WELCOMES SWEDISH DEATH METAL POWERHOUSE FARSOTH

M-Theory Audio is thrilled to announce the official signing of Swedish old-school death metal upstarts FARSOTH! To celebrate the alliance, the band release a brand-new single and music video for “Chainsaw Cult,” serving as the crushing first taste of their upcoming third full-length album, slated for release in the spring of 2027.
Founded in 2020 by former CARNAL FORGE/IN THY DREAMS guitarist Jari Kuusisto, FARSOTH has quickly carved out a ferocious reputation for unyielding and punishing extremity. The band’s upcoming 2027 full-length will mark their eagerly awaited M-Theory Audio debut, following a pair of celebrated releases that established them as the next emerging powerful force in the Swedish death metal underground.

Giving fans an inside look at the sonic violence driving the new material, vocalist Joakim Mikiver explains the inspiration behind the band’s lead single:
“The song ‘Chainsaw Cult’ is a celebration of the HM-2 pedal, which is a pillar stone in the Swedish Old School Death Metal scene. It’s all about the Death Metal Cvlt. This song is our way to pay tribute to the music that we all grew up listening to.”
