In the larger scale of the metal world, founders, game changers and anti-politics heroes stick up like a sore thumb. One of those metal world changers is Max Cavalera, from the early days of Sepultura, to the transition to Soulfly, development of Cavalera Conspiracy this rebel, futbol loving metal head has created countless guitar riffs. From Beneath The Remains to Archangel, Max Cavalera has shared the stage and studio with brother Iggor Cavalera, Mark Rizzo and now son Zyon on drums. With such talent, this man has cultivated what is known as the Brazilian, shamanistic metal outfit and political to some extend, sounds of Soulfly. With their current work on an upcoming album, and phenomenal response by fans to Archangel, Max will ensue a heavy tour with Nailbomb, and Soulfly carrying the flag of the metal resistance. With his gory vocals, Max Cavalera will destroy stages in a city near you. We had the chance to chat with this icon and legend of Sepultura and now Soulfly about his upcoming tour, album work and thoughts and hopes of the 2018 World Cup performance by Brazil.
