Enslaved Discuss Finding A New Keyboarder And Clean Vocalist, Håkon Vinje

On October 13th, true avant-garde Norwegians ENSLAVED will herald a new era of their career and melds mesmerizing prog with jarring extreme metal on their highly anticipated new album E. After discussing the seemingly simplistic album title in a previous trailer, the band now unveils a second album trailer. In this clip, singer and lyricist Grutle Kjellson discusses finding their new keyboarder and clean vocalist Håkon Vinje, after the departure of their long-time friend Herbrand Larsen. Between September 25 and 28, 2017 Enslaved will be recording a series of career-spanning songs at the state-of-the-art Laboratoire audionumérique de recherche et de creation (LARC) at Université Laval in Ste Foy, Québec. These recordings will be an integral part of the ENSLAVED 25 biopic – a Norwegian-Canadian documentary film co-produced by ENSLAVED founders Ivar Bjørnson and Kjetil Grutle, alongside Canadian film-making duo Vivek Venkatesh and David Hall.
