Los Angeles natives, Imperialist will unleash a palpable, yet ferocious new album titled Prime. Their fourth full length album will be released on September 6th, 2025 via Transcending Obscurity Records.

The quartet, Imperialist went into Taste Maker Audio, where the creativity and black metal spewed in a ravaging way. The album Prime, is a testament to what feeds this band, sci-fi driven and packed with black and thrash metal elements. After their striking release of Zenith, Imperialist started paving their career touring in the underground realm. Soon to be captivating audiences with their album Prime. The musicianship resonates in tracks so vile and heavy you’d want to see them live. The initial track, “Starstorm”, strikes viciously with a magnificent riff. The aggression on vocals by lead singer Sergio Soto perplex the listener and captivate with each melody by lead guitarist Bryant Quionones. The relentless drum work by Rod Quinones adds a malicious sound, which prepares the listeners for a rampage to come. Thrash elements attack your ear with “Beneath The Sands of Titan”, classic sounds and speed on all instruments will permeate your brain, creating a chemical reaction rendering your body to mosh. The tightness on both guitars and drums creates a cacophony of sounds with hints of melody, and sharp leads.The song “Depravity Beheld” explodes into a monstrous track, black metal forward, this song shows maturity and skills. The band is not just writing black metal songs you want to hear, they are composing songs your future kids will want to listen to.

Imperialist are on the forefront of the black metal scene in Los Angeles. With an intoxicating set of songs, and intense writing the track “Final Hours” continues to instill a foreboding sensation. This track has catchy leads, and solos depicting the end of life as we know it, it will transport you in into a dark vortex. The melody on track “Union of The Swarm”, is catchy, it showcases the ability this band has to go from brutal drumming, heavy bass(Joshua Alvares) tones and riffs(Bryant Quinones) to a black metal breakdown, a bridge to a savage guitar solo which transitions to madness.
