Rising Streams Oceans Into Their Graves LP

risingDenmark-based metal outfit Rising has streamed their new LP Oceans Into Their Graves, via Decible Magazine, which is near its release this week. On April 29th, the world will witness this monster that will submerge you into the waters and relentlessly attack you with guitar riffs and amazing groove work on their drum department. Earsplit will distribute a 180-gram virgin black 12” vinyl and digital formats of this powerful tsunami. Rising’s guitarist Jacob Krogholt created the label titled Indisciplinarian , and they which will release the record internationally for the world to submerge into this title wave. Rising will perform on July 2nd on this year’s Rosklide Festival in their native Denmark, one of the biggest festivals in Northern Europe. Other artists like Slayer, Sleep and Ghost will be playing in this festival to name some of the few acts they will share stages with. This band also released an ominous, claustrophobic video created by director Palle Demant for the track All Dirt; see it at Metal Injection

The Introduction to “Old Jealousy” is an epic guitar riff and a clean guitar solo with hammering and fast tempo. The drums on this track are palpitating and the vocals, angry and scornful, will drive you mad. Do not miss the song “Coward Heart”, as it starts with fast drum beats, not missing one note and filled with a guitar riff that is both brutal and rhythmical, the guitar solo adds intensity and complexity to this heavy track. The album shows the talent these Danish folks have, and ability to execute the powerful metal they are meant to spread world wide. Get your copy of this maelstrom ready to be blasted at max on your audio player.
